Many of the brokerage boats for sale belong to our customers who have had their service work performed here and we are familiar with the history of the boat and the owners. We offer one of the best rates - $600 for brokerage of your boat at Sebago Lake Marina, Inc.. (We charge $300 to list a boat and put in our sales area at the marina, and $300 upon the sale.)

That makes it a good deal for the seller, because he is not paying a 10% commission, and a good deal for the consumer, because the seller is not raising the price to pay for it.
